Is this Therapy

No. This is not therapy, this is Mental training. You go to a personal trainer to get in shape physically to stay fit, and healthy, but you go to a Dr. when there is an actual problem. Mental training is like getting a personal trainer to get your mind healthy, and in shape.

Is this for Emergencies

No. In cases of mental emergencies please contact a help line, or dial 911

Whats the minimum I should book?

This is mental training. It does take time to learn and implement aspects of the training. We recommend 1 training a week minimum to keep you focused, and growing, however this is Your workout routine It’s based around your schedule. The more dedicated you are, the more training you might book.

Am I protected by Doctor - Patient Confidentiality

No. We are not Doctors, and do not claim to be, and you are not our patient. We do however follow HIPAA guidelines regarding your personal information. See Privacy Page for more details.

Is this Confidential

Yes, your Mental Health Training is completely confidential. We do not share anything personal that you might reveal during your training sessions to any other individuals, businesses, or organizations. See Privacy Page for more details.
